SACLEPEA-MAHN, NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Internal Affairs Minister, Varney Sirleaf, says Communal farming is a means to reduce poverty in Liberia.

Addressing the people of Saclepea-Mahn, Minister Sirleaf said:” Communal farming brings about economic empowerment.”
