MONROVIA,LIBERIA (Jonathan Grigsby)-Liberia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Dee-Maxwell Kemayah, has lauded   the United Nations (UN) and the International Community’s continued support to Liberia.

Ambassador Kemayah made specific reference to the UN and International Community’s efforts toward peace-building.

The Liberian Envoy disclosed that the investments to peace-building in Liberia are being sustained rather than lost.

Ambassador Kemayah said:” Financing peace-building and partnerships are the collective responsibility of all governments, the UN, civil society organizations, international financial institutions and the private sector.”

He spoke recently at the UN Peace-Building Commission Meeting on Good Practices in Financing for Peace-building and Partnerships in Cartagena, Colombia.
