PAYNESVILLE CITY, LIBERIA-The Senior Political Advisor to President Joseph Boakia, Macdella Cooper, has challenged graduates of the Best Brains International University in Paynesville to cultivate the spirit of responsible citizenship.
Madam Cooper said:” Productive and good citizens are under moral obligation to provide solutions to societal ills as opposed to becoming part of the ills”.
She told the graduates degree provide enlightenment to one’s ability to perform, while competence, discipline and integrity create lasting contribution to nation building.
Madam Cooper made the statement Friday when she delivered the keynote address at 1st commencement exercise of the Best Brains International University.
In her remarks, the President of the Best Brains International University, Rev. Dr. Luther Tarpeh, said the University is committed to providing quality education in alignment with its educational philosophy.
