GRAND BASSA COUNTY, LIBERIA-State Security in Grand Bassa County has recently arrested a fifty-three-year-old man who has been on the run for ten years for allegedly killing his wife, Martha Kollie, in Gboyah Town, Electoral District Two in that county.
According to our correspondent, the incident occurred on May 14, 2016, after which Sackie Kollie escaped to an unknown location.
Our correspondent said,” Kollie was recently arrested in Senyah in District Two, Grand Bassa County, after he decided to return to the county from Bong County, when he was spotted by an individual where he was hiding”.
He has been charged and is currently in jail at the Upper Buchanan Central Prison awaiting trial.
Meanwhile, suspect Kollie has allegedly admitted to killing his wife, but escaped the scene out of fear of mob justice.
