MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A general arrest order has been issued for forty-seven indicted former officials of government, including former Chief of Protocol, Nora Finda Bundo.

According to the ELBC Judicial Reporter, the arrest order was approved on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, by the Judge of Criminal Court “C”, Ousman Feika.

Judge Feila’s action comes as a result of a request from the Head of the Asset Recovery Team, Cllr. Edwin Kla Martin, for the forty-seven individuals.

Cllr. Martin’s application seeks to compel the indicted ex-officials to come under the jurisdiction of the Court for criminal prosecution, following reports that they have gone into hiding.

Meanwhile, Judge Ousman Feika’s general arrest order has been forwarded to Police Inspector General, Col. Gregory Coleman, to apprehend the forty-seven ex-officials at any time of the day or night, as provided for by law.
