Liberia Broadcasting System Recommits to Provide More Opportunity…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Management of the Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) has reaffirmed its commitment to providing more opportunities for media and communications students across Liberia.

The disclosure was made on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, by the Director General of LBS, Eugene Fahngon, when students of the University of Liberia and the A.M.E. University Television Production Department attended a day-long training at the LBS facilities in Paynesville City.

The training is intended to strengthen the capacity of the students, especially in television production and other media-related activities.

Director General Fahngon also reassured of the LBS Management’s commitment to improve the State Broadcaster and continue establishing the institution’s facilities in other counties.

Meanwhile, the students and instructors of the University of Liberia and the A.M.E. University thanked the LBS Management for allowing them to learn and tour the facilities.
