NHA Launches ‘Off-Takers’ Registration

Monrovia, Liberia, Tuesday, March 18, 2025 – The National Housing Authority has begun a nationwide ‘off-takers’ registration, targeting potential home buyers across the country.

NHA Managing Director, Florence Geegbae, emphasized that the exercise will aid an inventory of “would be buyers” of the homes that are programmed to be built in the soonest possible time.

Madam Geegbae stressed that data from the ‘Off takers’ registration will serve as a baseline that will attract housing development partners and investors to Liberia’s housing market.

The initiative offers potential homeowners first preference in securing affordable homes, through a well-structured selection process.

The NHA plans to build Low Income, Middle Income and Luxury homes in Bentol, Todee, Royesville, Buchannan, Charlesville, and Tubmanburg in the first phase of its mega housing development program.

Managing Director Geegbae has since assured the NHA’s commitment to providing affordable and quality housing solutions for all Liberians and foreign residents.

Meanwhile, Liberians and foreign nationals interested in owning a home are hereby encouraged to participate in the ongoing registration process by visiting the NHA daily for further details.
