Organization of the Africa, Caribbean, and Pacific States Visits Liberia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A high-powered delegation from the Organization of the Africa, Caribbean, and Pacific States (OACPS) has begun a week-long sub-regional visit to Liberia.

 The visit will be from February 11 to 17.

The visit is aimed at strengthening regional cooperation and discussing key issues of mutual interest between Liberia and the OACPS member states.

As per the itinerary, the delegation has met the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Richard Koon, Senate Pro-tempt Nyonblee Karngar-Lawrence, Vice President Jeremiah Koung, and other senior officials of the Government of Liberia.

The visit marks a significant diplomatic engagement aimed at enhancing cooperation among OACPS member states.

The House of Representatives says it remains committed to fostering regional partnerships and strengthening international relations.
