MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Education Minister, Dr. Jarso Jallah has congratulated First Lady Kartumu Boakai for her selection as School Feeding Champion.

Minister Jallah said:” The selection of the First Lady is indicative of her commitment to ensuring that Liberian children receive the necessary nutritional support to succeed academically.”

She described Madam Boakai’s gesture to Liberia’s school feeding program as commendable and crucial in addressing Childhood Malnutrition.

Dr. Jallah said the move by the First Lady has strengthened efforts by improving nutritional and health care for children in advancing the Country’s Education Sector.
