MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The True Whig Party (TWP) former Political Leader is calling on members of the House of Representatives to return to the main chamber and pursue the removal of Speaker Fonati Koffa.

Mr. Eric Olson said:” The main chamber is the official seat of members of the House of Representatives, as such, it is prudent to return and handle such grave matter.”

Addressing a news conference on Monday, November 4,2024, in Monrovia, the former ruling TWP Political Leader said the 2025 Draft National Budget is a critical tool that must be urgently acted upon, collectively.

Though the current situation at the House of Representatives is dire, Mr. Olson, however, believes that both sides can resolve their differences and work together.

Meanwhile, Mr. Eric Olson is urging Speaker Cllr. Fonati Koffa to continue on the path of dialogue, concessions and exemplified leadership in order to regain the trust and confidence of members of the Majority Bloc.
