World Bank Provides $450,000.00 for Victims of Totota Gas Tanker Explosion

BONG COUNTY, LIBERIA-The World Bank has provided four hundred-fifty thousand US Dollars to the Government of Liberia for victims of the gas tanker explosion in Totota, Bong County.

ELBC Correspondent quotes Liberia’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Francis Kateh as saying the money will be used to cater to the injured admitted at various hospitals across the country.

He said the money will also be used for victims who recovering from their various homes in Totota in Bong County.

Meanwhile, residents of Totota have praised the World Bank for the gesture.
