Former Liberian President Calls on Liberians to Develop Sense of Ownership…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Former Liberian President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf is calling on Liberians to develop a sense of ownership for the country and contribute to national development.

Madam Sirleaf also wants citizens to remain committed to ensuring a clean and healthy environment to have a better Liberia.

The former Liberian President said:” A good nation comes from good people, as such; citizens must take on their responsibilities to ensure that the country becomes successful.”

Madam Sirleaf is also urging Liberians to respect constituted authorities regardless of political, traditional, social, or ethical differences.

Former President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf made the statement on Tuesday, December 9, 2024, on the program: “Changing Minds, Changing Attitudes” on ELBC Radio.
