Pres. Weah, Gov’t Officials Sign Book of Condolence…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah on Monday led an array of Government officials to sign the Book of Condolence for fallen Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) Commissioner General, Thomas Doe-Nah.

Mr. Doe-Nah died in December, last year following a brief illness in India.

President Weah was followed by Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor, Agriculture Minister Jeanie Cooper, and Finance Minister Samuel Tweah.

Others include Defense Minister Daniel Ziankahn, Minister of State Wesseh Blamo, and Minister of Youth and Sports Zeogar Wilson, among others.

The ceremony was also attended by both family members of the late LRA Commissioner and members of the institution.

Thomas Doe-Nah was appointed by President George Weah in 2018 to steer the affairs of the Liberian Revenue Authority for five years.
