Monrovia, Liberia – A Liberian Lawyer and Scholar on Liberia – China Relations has lauded China’s assistance to Liberia in the areas of infrastructure and human resource development.

Cllr. Elisha Fokeyoh said China has proven to be a reliable partner without imposing or dictating its partnership with Liberia.

Appearing on China Hour Wednesday, Cllr. Fokeyoh urged the Liberian Government to see beyond traditional allies and embrace an honest partnership that benefits the Country.

 Cllr. Elisha Fokeyoh also said China believes in enhancing unity and development with development countries through a win-win situation.

He urged the Liberian Government to prioritize the interest of China on key international decision-making instruments, especially at the United Nations to gain more trust and confidence from President Xi Jinping.
