MONTSERRADO COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Careysburg District, along the Kakata-Monrovia Highway, has launched an investigation into the occurrence of a tragic motor accident.

At least two persons were confirmed dead when a speeding taxi collided with a motorcycle in Morris Farm Community in Todee District while overtaking another vehicle, over the weekend.

ELBC Correspondent in the area is quoted as saying the bike operator and passenger were immediately rushed to a clinic in Kakata in Margibi County but were later pronounced dead by health authorities of the clinic while undergoing treatment there.

The December 29 incident brings to two the number of accidents that occurred around the Fifteen-Gate Community in recent months, with the first taking place around the Kingsville Township.
