MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has submitted the name of Cllr. Frank Musa Dean to the Liberian Senate for confirmation.
It followed the granting of an early retirement request from Associate Justice Joseph Nagbe.
According to President Weah’s communication, Cllr. Dean has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism as Justice Minister and as such, he does not doubt the Attorney General’s ability to serve in the position of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Liberia.
Meanwhile, the name of the nominee has been forwarded to the Liberian Senate Committee on Judiciary, Claims, and Petitions.
