Liberian Gov. Exerts Efforts to Pay Employees for the Festive Season

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberian Government says it is exerting effort to pay the December salaries of its employees.

Liberia’s Comptroller General, Janga Kowo, noted that mechanisms have already been put in place to commence the disbursement of salaries.

Mr. Kowo was speaking on Friday, December 22, 2023, when he appeared on ELBC MICAT Hour.

Meanwhile, Mr. Kowo attributed the delay to technical glitches which he said have since been resolved.
