Margibi County Senator-Elect Calls for Nat’l Reconciliation

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Margibi County Senator-elect Jim Tornolah is calling on President-elect Joseph Boakai to hold a national reconciliation conference to unite Liberians.

In an ELBC interview over the weekend, Senator-elect Tornolah said the just-ended elections politically divided Liberians.

He wants President-elect Boakai to lead the reconciliation process to heal the wounds created by the elections.

The Margi County Senator-elect also congratulated Ambassador Joseph Boakai for his victory and also hailed President George Weah for conceding defeat.
