MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has congratulated the Government and people of Turkey, as they commemorate their National Day.

In a message to his Turkish Counterpart, Reccep Tayyip Erdogan, President Weah extended sincere felicitations to the Government and people of Turkey, on behalf of the Government and people of Liberia.

A Foreign Ministry release quotes the Liberian Leader as lauding his counterpart for his esteem stewardship and global player for peace and development.

The President also expressed delight over the excellent cooperation between the two countries and peoples by accumulating mutual benefits in joint investments.

President George Weah then conveyed his best wishes for President Reccep Tayyip Erdogan and the people of Turkey, continued peace, and prosperity.
