MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Former Foreign Minister Gbehzongar Findley has endorsed the re-election of President George Weah, ahead of the Presidential Run-off Elections next month.

 The now Grand Bassa County Senator-elect made the major declaration in Buchanan on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

Mr. Findley said:” My decision followed consultations with other political actors, with the majority of the Bassa people pushing for continuity of President Weah’s administration.”

Addressing citizens of Bassa, Mr. Findley attributed the backing of the President to the need for continuous development in the county, particularly in the areas of healthcare, education, and energy.

The former Foreign Minister also stressed that he and the Liberian Leader have a shared vision and commitment to bring electricity and other life-changing developments to the people of Grand Bassa County.
