MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia’s Deputy Youth and Sports Minister for Development, Isaac Doe, has hailed ECOWAS for its stance against political actors engaged in acts capable of derailing the peace of the country.

Mr. Doe said:” ECOWAS and the international community have invested more in maintaining Liberia’s peace, urging anti-peace elements to protect the sanctity of the country.”

He termed the statement by ECOWAS as welcoming and in the right direction.

Mr. Doe described ECOWAS’s position as a demonstration of its quest towards nurturing Liberia’s democracy.
