MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberians have been extolled for demonstrating maturity in the just-ended Presidential and Legislative Elections across the country.

Speaking on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at a news conference in Monrovia, G-7 Plus International Elections Observer Mission Head, Abdulai Bangurah, described the peaceful electoral process by Liberians as welcoming.

G-7 Plus is a Goodbye Conflict, Welcome Development Electoral observation organization comprising twenty fragile and conflict-affected countries of which Liberia is a member.

Meanwhile, the G-7 Plus International Election Observer Mission Team Lead is cautioning Liberians against post-election violence following the release of final results.
