MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The International Plan for Peace and Democracy in Africa has praised Liberians for the peaceful conduct of the October 10 Presidential and Legislative Elections.

The Chairman of the international group, Jean Maurie Ngondjibangante, said:” Liberians demonstrated the highest degree of patriotism and cast their ballots void of violence.”

In an ELBC interview on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, Mr. Ngondjibangante also thanked the National Elections Commission for ensuring that the materials provided for the conduct of the elections are of high quality.

The International Plan for Peace and Democracy in Africa is an international elections observation mission accredited by the National Elections Commission.
