LOWER MARGIBI COUNTY, LIBERIA-Former Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, Nathaniel McGill, has admonished graduates of the John Payne Mitchell High School to defy all odds against them in achieving their dreams.
Serving as Guest Speaker at the 5th Graduation Ceremony of the school in Boys Town, Lower Margibi County, Mr. McGill urged the graduates to always believe in themselves and not allow people distract them.
He said: “Students should see their graduation from high school as only the beginning of their education sojourn, and further their education by going to universities immediately.”
Mr. McGill promised to work along with education stakeholders and citizens of the country to make education a serious priority for the county.
More than one hundred students from the Morning, Afternoon and Night sessions obtained high school diplomas.
