Pres. Weah Congratulates Cote D’Ivoire on 63rd Independence Anniversary

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Weah congratulated the Government and people of Cote D’Ivoire on the occasion commemorating the Country’s 63rd Independence Anniversary on August 7.

A Foreign Ministry issued over the weekend said President Weah on behalf of Liberia, extended warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Government and gallant people of Cote D’Ivoire.

In his message to his Ivoirian Counterpart, Alassane Ouattara, President Weah expressed hope that the bond of friendship and cooperation between the two countries will continue to be strengthened.

He then wished the people of Cote D’Ivoire, including President Alasane Ouattara, continuous good health, peace, and prosperity for the good of all.
