MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has admonished Liberians to protect the peace and security of the country.

President Weah said:” Sustaining the country’s peace during this electioneering period will further showcase citizens’ readiness in strengthening democracy and the rule of law.”

The Liberian Leader made the remarks during a worship and prayer service for a peaceful electoral process at the Eternal Christian Ministries in Barnesville over the weekend.

President Weah encouraged citizens to seek God’s intervention.

He also underscored the need for Liberians to appreciate the years of peaceful co-existence amid political differences.
