NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-President GEORGE Weah has donated three brand new eighteen-seated buses to Nimba University and two other government-run high schools in the county.

According to ELBC Nimba County Correspondent, the donation was made over the weekend on behalf of President Weah on the main campuses of the Nimba University, Karnplay, and Bahn High Schools.

Presenting the buses, Governance Commission Chairman, Garrison Yealue, and Post and Telecommunications Minister, Worlea Saywah-Dunah, said:” The gesture is aimed at addressing the transportation challenges faced by students and administrators of the institutions.”

The two officials maintained that the Weah-led Government has committed itself to improving and making the education system better.

Meanwhile, administrators of the beneficiary institutions have hailed the Liberian Government for the gesture.
