MONROVIA, LIBERIA-An independent Vice Presidential Candidate has spoken of plans to strengthen ties with the United States of America, if elected in the October 10 Elections.

Bishop Cecelia Coffey Brown-Toby also vowed to fight against corruption at public institutions to ensure credibility at all levels.

Madam Coffey Brown-Toby made the statement on Monday, July 17, 2023, on the ELBC Super Morning Show program.

She said:” Corruption fight and strengthening ties with the US Government are crucial to fostering peace, democracy, and trade in Liberia.”

Meanwhile, Madam Cecelia Coffey Brown-Toby wants Liberians to vote for leaders based on their records, adding she and her Standard Bearer, Robert Morris, are prepared to deliver the country’s development drive.
