MARGIBI COUNTY, LIBERIA-Bomi County Senator Edwin Snowe is calling for increased financial and logistic support to the media.
Senator Snowe said:” Supporting the media during the country’s electioneering period will enable it to disseminate proper information to the citizenry.”
He spoke at the Roberts International Airport (RIA) on Monday, July 10, 2023, upon his arrival from the 63rd ECOWAS Ordinary Session of Heads of State and Government in Guinea-Bissau.
The Bomi County Senator noted that a society that prioritizes the growth and development of the media stands to flourish.
Senator Edwin Snowe also said support for the media helps sustain the peace and security of the nation.
