Education Ministry Warns Schools against Graduation without WASSCE Results

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Ministry of Education is cautioning school administrators against graduation without the West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results.

The Communication Director of the Ministry of Education, Maxim Bleeten, warned that any school caught in violation will be penalized consistently with the Ministry’s policies and guidelines.

Mr. Bleeten made the statement on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, on ELBC Education at the Mid-week program.

He said:” The Ministry has already dispatched teams in the fifteen counties to ensure that all schools complete the Ministry’s required curriculum before graduation.”

Mr. Maxim Bleeten urged school administrators and parents to cooperate with the Ministry of Education’s requirements.
