MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Momentum is building up in the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) about possible victory in the October 10 General and Presidential Elections.

The CDC said it is optimistic that the Weah-Jewel Ticket will attract overwhelming support for possible victory in the impending elections.

According to a release issued recently, Liberia’s Vice President, Jewel Howard-Taylor gave the assurance in an interview with Congress for Africa Journalists Magazine (CAJ).

Madam Taylor expressed the full commitment of support to President Weah and the CDC to ensure that the second term bid becomes a reality.

The Liberian Vice President also boasted about the achievements of the CDC-led Government in key sectors of government, during the first term.
