Police arrest man for alleged rape of a 2year-old Baby…..

GBARPOLU COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Gbarpolu County have in their custody a 24-year-old man who has admitted to raping a two-year-old baby.

The suspect, Joseph Kollie, commonly called ‘Love Doctor’, carried out the act in Bopolu City.

Mr. Kollie is appealing to the Liberian Government and citizens of the County for forgivingness, claiming to have been fooled by the devil.
