MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has submitted to the Liberian Senate for confirmation three nominees of the Internal Audit Agency (IAA).

The nominees include Mohammed Kollie, Deputy Director General for Administration, James Kerkula, Deputy Direct General for Audit Services, and Saywon Sadee, Deputy Director General for Special Audit.

Article 54 of the Constitution states: The President shall nominate, with the consent of the Senate, appoint and commission officials of his government.

Meanwhile, Plenary has forwarded the communication to the Committees on Public Account and Autonomous Agency.
