NIMBA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Over three-hundred former employees of the Nimba Rubber Incorporated are expected to receive payment from the Company.

It followed the intervention of the Ministry of Labor. According to ELBC Correspondent, the exercise is part of retrench payment to former employees Cocopa Rubber Plantation.

The Company began payment last October but it was stalled due to what was then described as unavoidable circumstances.

The Spokesperson of the former employees, Maxwell Yeegbeh, said:” Following the intervention of the Ministry of Labor, all is now set for the resumption of the payment.”
