MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Public Works Minister Ruth Coker-Collins says the construction of the most-talked about Over-head Bridge is expected to begin soon.

Minister Collins said:” The Government of Liberia has already completed the design with the contractor of the project.”

Speaking at the regular Ministry of Information, Culture Affairs and Tourism (MICAT) Press Briefing Thursday, July, 7, 2022, Minister Collins disclosed that a team of engineers will arrive in the Country in October, this year, to undertake the project.

Minister Collins also noted that the Bali Island contract has been signed, and the contractor is expected to receive his mobilization payment to carry out the construction.

The Public Works Minister has, meanwhile, reaffirmed President Weah’s commitment to leave no stone untouched in giving Liberia a good facelift.
