TODEE DISTRICT, MONTSERRADO County-Police in Tubmanville Township, Todee District, has arrested a man and wife for allegedly manhandling their eleven-year-old twin daughters in Rural Montserrado County.

Melvin Paye and his wife Matheline alleged that their daughters were raped by their uncle only identified as Abraham, without the girls informing them.

ELBC Correspondent quotes the girls’ father as saying they found out when health practitioners in the area confirmed that the girls were tempered with.

According to our Correspondent, following the confirmation by health workers in the area , Melvin and wife allegedly beat the girls unmercifully, prompting police to intervene in the situation, thus taking the girls’ parents into custody.
