Progress is being made to address salary disparity at Tubman University-Acting Pres. Wreh

MARYLAND COUNTY, LIBERIA-The Acting President of the William V.S. Tubman University, in Maryland County, says significant progress has been made to address the longstanding salary disparity at the University.

Dr. Emmanuel Wreh assured staff of the University that the old age problem of salary disparity will soon be an issue of the past, as his administration is getting the needed support from the Ministry of Finance.

Meanwhile, Dr. Wreh has vowed to ensure total stability and staff development at the University.

The Acting President said:” Under my watch, lecturers and academic staff will travel to nearby universities to obtain post graduate degrees.”

Dr. Wreh believes that staff development is crucial to the advancement of the University.
