Pres. Weah returns home from the United Arab Emirates

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has returned home after his visit to the United Arab Emirates, where he participated in the Liberia National Day at the Dubai Expo 2020.

Speaking to reporters upon his arrival at the Roberts International Airport in Lower Margibi County on Monday, March 28, 2022, Information Minister Ledgerhood Rennie reaffirmed President Weah’s commitment to open Liberia for business and investments.

Minister Rennie quoted the President as hailing Liberians in Dubai for their show of support, and being law abiding in a foreign country.

According to the Minister, President Weah also held side meetings with business people and investors, encouraging them to invest in Liberia.

Information Minister Ledgerhood Rennie then termed the President’s visit to the UAE as successful.
