Armed Forces of Liberia, National Police score high marks in performance rating

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) and the Liberia National Police (LNP) are ranked highly in the latest quality of the Governance Report by the National Youth Movement for Transparent Elections (NAYMOTE).

According to the report, the AFL and LNP are the most trusted security institutions in terms of their operations in the Country.

In its report, NAYMOTE graded   the AFL and LNP 92% and 71% respectively.

NAYMOTE Executive Director, Eddie Jarwolo, released the report on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at a news conference in Monrovia.

The report also named the Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency (LDEA) as the least security entity in terms of performance.

At the same time, it rated the performance of the Liberian Government in the fight against COVID-19 as very good, and that democracy is flourishing in Liberia.
