Ministry of Health begins rolling out 2nd dose of Astra Zeneca Vaccines across Liberia

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – Health authorities have begun rolling out the second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccines that arrived in the country over the weekend.

Health Minister Dr. Wilhelmina Jallah wants those who took their first dose of the vaccines to get fully vaccinated by taking the second jab.

Minister Jallah said the vaccines will be administered at strategic places including Paynesville City Hall, Redemption Hospital in New Kru Town and the Monrovia City Hall.

Meanwhile, the Health Minister is commending the French Government for donating the AstraZeneca vaccines. (By Emmanuel Kollie)
