MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Officers of the Liberia National Police on Saturday, gun down an armed robber in Brewerville during an exchange of gun fire.
The Inspector General of the LNP, Col. Patrick Sudue, said:” On March 20, 2021, armed robbers had gone on an arm robbery spree in the Brewerville Community, when the police got tip from some residents of the area that they were being terrorized and needed intervention from the police.”
He disclosed that during the exchange of fire, the police gun down one of the armed robbers and is in pursuit of the others who fled the scene.
Speaking Sunday, March 21, 2021, to a cross session of reporters
at the Headquarters of the LNP in Monrovia, Col.Sudue noted that the police are prepared more than ever before in clamping down on criminals.
