MONROVIA, LIBERIA- The Head of Corporation of the European Union Delegation in Liberia, Dr. Theodorus Kaspers, is urging the Leadership of the Liberia Movie Union to reconcile the Union.

 Dr. Kaspers said the Union’s vision and mission cannot be achieved in the midst of internal wrangling over the over years.

The EU official also cautioned the Liberia Movie Union to seek strong partnership and support for the vibrancy of the Union.

According to our reporter, Dr. Kaspers made the statement Saturday at the induction of officers-elect of the Liberia Movie Union in Sinkor.

In his post-induction remarks, the new President of the Liberia Movie Union, Eddie Gibson, pledged to reconcile the Union.

Mr. Gibson also called on Government to clampdown on perpetrators of piracy in the Movie industry.
