Monrovia City Police members charged, forwarded to court

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Two employees of the Monrovia City Police have been charged and forwarded to court, for allegedly beating and injuring Bill Diggs.

Suspects Aaron Kennedy and Willie Flomo, according to complaint filed by the victim, alleged that he was beaten by the Monrovia City Police for parking his vehicle on the parking space of Monrovia City Mayor, Jefferson Koigee.

The victim decided to take his phone and argued that he will videotape the securities and expose them.

He alleged that the City Police decided to take his phone, which led to a tussle leading to Bill being injured on the head, thus bleeding profusely, and with bruises on his right leg.

Meanwhile, the two suspects have been to the Monrovia Central Prison, awaiting court trial.
