Liberia Civil Aviation Authority Completes Visit to Ghana

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberia Civil Aviation Authority has completed a five-day benchmarking visit to Ghana.

The mission focused on air cargo safety, security and revenue generation.

Speaking during the Ministry of Information’s regular press briefing ON Tuesday, October 6, 2026, Deputy Minister for Press and Public Affairs Daniel Sando said the visit ran from September 28 to October 2.

He said it was aimed at strengthening Liberia’s capacity to regulate air cargo operations.

Minister Sando said the Liberian delegation studied cargo inspection procedures, safety measures, and billing systems.

He noted that the team also visited a cargo warehouse to observe modern cargo handling operations.
