The Operations and Institutional Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing institutional partnerships, coordinating with government agencies, universities, and corporate institutions, and ensuring effective implementation of the entity’s digital platforms, including Transcript Dove.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field, must have at least 3 to 5 years of leadership or operations management experience, must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, must demonstrate experience working with institutions, government agencies, or corporate organizations, and must be highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple projects.
