MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia’s Vice President, Jeremiah Koung, has called on members of the Liberian Senate to collaborate and formulate policies and laws that strengthen governance, deepen democracy, and uphold the rule of law, irrespective of their political alliances.

The Liberian Vice President used the occasion to commend the opposition for holding the government accountable, adding that a strong democracy requires scrutiny, vigilance, and dissent.
