MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) is expected to launch the Inclusive Instant Payment System (IIPS) digital platform on December 16, 2025.

IIPS is a digital system that will integrate payment platforms, including mobile money and other financial application programming, to facilitate cross-transfers.

Cllr. Zeon noted that following the launch, Commercial Banks and other financial-related platforms will be integrated into the system to facilitate effective payments.

He said,” The managements of mobile and Orange Money are cooperating with the CBL on the project, to involve more people in the financial inclusion Ecosystem of the Country”.
