NPA BOSS HAILS APM TERMINALS, DOCK WORKERS UNION AMID CBA SIGNING

National Port Authority (NPA) Managing Director, Sekou A.M. Dukuly, has commended APM Terminals and the Dock Workers Union for their continued partnership and commitment to industrial harmony.

He made the commendation over the weekend, when the NPA, APM Terminals, Dock Workers Union, Ministry of Labour, and the Liberia Labor Congress signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), known as Dock Workers – Level 2, aimed at strengthening cooperation between management and workers.

Managing Director Dukuly emphasized the importance of professionalism in resolving disputes and urged all parties to the CBA to follow proper procedures for addressing grievances to sustain peace and cooperation at the Freeport of Monrovia.
