MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Orator of the 8th closing exercise of Deelia’s Kids Corner School in Monrovia, Trokon Bloji, has emphasized education as the cornerstone of a promising future for Liberian youth.
Bloji encouraged students, parents, and educators to make intentional choices—referred to as life’s critical “C”—that shape both personal and collective success.
He drew on motivational quotes from Zig Ziglar and William Shakespeare to underscore values such as discipline, courage, and continuous learning.
Orator Bloji, a student leader at the institution, urged graduates to surround themselves with uplifting influences and pursue meaningful goals.
He then paid tribute to parents who go the extra mile to secure education for their children.
In a related development, the Orator launched the Louis M. Loday Scholarship Fund Drive, an initiative designed to empower female students by providing tuition assistance and educational materials.
According to him, investing in girls’ education is vital to building a more equitable and resilient nation.
Bloji stressed the role of education in shaping Liberia’s future, advocating for deeper collaboration between parents, educators, and policymakers.
His remarks highlighted the collective responsibility to ensure that learning environments are safe, inclusive, and inspiring.
Bloji quoted Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by encouraging the graduates to stay focused, work hard, and remain lifelong learners—ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities and country.
Trokon Bloji spoke at the 8th closing exercise of Deelia’s Kids Corner School on July 31, 2025, in Monrovia.
