MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The new Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy near Monrovia, Joseph Zadrozny, says the U.S Government is committed to strengthening a relationship with African countries, including Liberia.
Zadrozny said,” The U.S Government, led by President Donald Trump, is upbeat about bilateral ties of economic development that benefit both the U.S and Liberia.”
According to him, the Trump administration has designed a unique opportunity to examine the progress of bilateral trade, investment, and economic cooperation.
He noted that the latest move is being triggered by the recent visit of President Joseph Boakai to the U.S, along with four other African leaders.
The U.S Deputy Chief of Mission, at the same time, disclosed that the 2025 Liberia Investment Conference underscores the many opportunities arising from the fact that Liberia is open for business.
He described the conference as the surest way of enabling the environment for business to thrive, supported by sound polices put in place to stimulate the economy of the country.
